In addition to ongoing advice relating to possible measures for a company in a financial crisis, restructuring may also be relevant in certain circumstances. In a corporate restructuring, our job as the reorganisers is to assess whether all or part of the business can continue and what precise changes need to be made. We also examine the company’s chances of reaching a financial settlement with its creditors (a composition).
