Charlotte Andersson

Charlotte has great experience of issues in insolvency law and is engaged regularly as a receiver in bankruptcy. She is also appointed liquidator in both compulsory and voluntary liquidations. Charlotte also provides commercial law advice to both private and public organisations. She has particular experience in contract, tenancy and labour law and is often engaged as counsel in commercial disputes. Charlotte has a number of voluntary positions and is a director of NyföretagarCentrum Lund (LNC), among other things.
