Martin Gynnerstedt

Martin is regularly appointed as a receiver in bankruptcy and has solid experience of bankruptcies and issues relating to insolvency law. His experience of bankruptcies covers a large number of sectors. Martin has also worked on several major reconstructions. Martin also works on dispute resolution, where he has extensive experience as counsel in major property law disputes and insolvency-related disputes (recovery in bankruptcy, etc.). In addition, Martin advises on commercial law and assists clients by checking, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
