The bankruptcy estate of Hövding Sverige AB, a pioneering Swedish company renowned for its innovative airbag protection for cyclists, has been acquired by the
private owned Austrian industrial iSi Group. The acquisition of assets includes all technology, knowhow, patents, and other intellectual property rights formerly held by Hövding Sverige AB, but does not include stock, inventory or the business as such.
iSi Group recognizes the value and potential of Hövding Sverige AB’s technology assets, with strategic
intentions to continue and further developments in the wearable airbag segment.
The closing of the acquisition is scheduled to take place during the month of February 2024.
